Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Payment Options

In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion and simplify insurance claims. So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment option that is most appropriate for your budget.

Allows for a 5% bookkeeping discount. Cash and check only.

• 3. Major Credit Card (except American Express)
Payment due at time of service.

• 4. Insurance
We accept all  insurance carriers.  We are network providers for Mississippi CHIPS and Delta Dental Insurance. If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the specifics of your policy and to provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost. It is only an estimate because we can never guarantee payment by your insurance company.

• 5. Extended Payment Plan
Extended low monthly payments based on credit approval.  Offering NO INTEREST for 6 and 12 months.
